How do I become a seller?
To register, fill in the onboarding registration form at the bottom of this page, upload copies of your Citizenship/PAN documents, and click Submit. Our merchant team will verify your details and approve your store.
How long does approval take?
We verify and approve registration requests within 24 to 48 business hours. Once verified, you will receive login details for your Seller Dashboard.
When will I receive payments?
Settlements are processed weekly. Sales credits accrued between Monday and Sunday are deposited into your linked bank account on the following Thursday afternoon.
What documents are required?
Individual sellers need a Citizenship card. Registered companies require a PAN/VAT certificate, Bank Account Details, Cottage/Commerce Registration document, and contact credentials.
Can I sell without VAT?
Yes, individual sellers and small enterprises can register using a Permanent Account Number (PAN) without VAT registration, provided their annual revenues fall below national legal limits.
What are the commission charges?
